1 stretch of Valley freeway, multiple ramps closed for roadwork this weekend
One stretch of metro Phoenix freeway and multiple ramps will be closed for roadwork this weekend, according to ADOT's latest travel advisory.

PHOENIX – One stretch of metro Phoenix freeway and multiple ramps will be closed for roadwork this weekend.
The only mainline closure on Arizona Department of Transportation Weekend Freeway Travel Advisory for Feb. 2-March 2 is in the East Valley.
This weekend, plan for the following:
-EB Loop 101 ramp to SB SR 51 closed for final lane striping.
-EB Loop 202 (Santan) closed between Lindsay Rd. & Val Vista Dr. from 10 p.m. Friday (Feb. 27) to noon Sunday (March 1).

The eastbound Loop 202 Santan Freeway and related ramps will be closed between Lindsay Road and Val Vista Drive in Gilbert from 10 p.m. Friday to noon Sunday for work on an ongoing widening project.
ADOT said drivers should consider using US 60, Pecos Road or Germann Road to bypass the closure.
Other metro Phoenix freeway restrictions
Meanwhile, the eastbound Loop 101 Pima Freeway ramp to southbound State Route 51 in north Phoenix will be closed from 5 a.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday so crews can wrap up lane striping work on a widening project.
The following ramps in the area will be closed at the same time:
- Westbound Loop 101 to southbound SR 51 (primary ramp only; the HOV ramp will remain open).
- Cave Creek Road to eastbound Loop 101.
- Southbound Black Mountain Boulevard to southbound SR 51.
- Eastbound Loop 101 traffic can take southbound Cave Creek Road or Tatum Boulevard to eastbound Union Hills Drive to access SR 51.
Further west, the exits to 75th Avenue in both directions of the Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway in Glendale will be closed from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday for widening project work.
Additionally, 75th Avenue will be closed in both directions near the freeway.
On top of the weekend-only restrictions, the ongoing closure of the primary southbound Loop 101 Price Freeway ramp to eastbound Loop 202 in Chandler will continue through March 8. The HOV ramp is open but is subject to the usual rush-hour passenger restrictions.
