Kevin Stone is a seasoned journalist who was born in New York and grew up in Phoenix. He got his start doing agate for the Mesa Tribune sports section in the 1990s while completing his print journalism degree at Arizona State University. He went on to work for The Dallas Morning News as a sports editor and page designer before spending nearly a decade in various positions with ESPN.com. He returned to the Valley in 2013 and joined the KTAR News digital team in 2018.
