PHOENIX — At the peak of spooky season, downtown Mesa’s Worth Takeaway sandwich restaurant is hosting a Jim Bob’s Burgers-themed popup event on Friday and Saturday.

This year’s FOX comedy show takeover is the eighth annual fall celebration for the joint, which is located at 218 W. Main Street.

Limited time menu items such as Saved by the Bell, The Great Ham-bino and Fresh Prince of Ched-Air will be sold from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on both days.

Those who attend are encouraged to wear their best Halloween costume but dressing up isn’t required to partake in the fun.

Two themed sides will also be a part of this popup event: Ham-Bob-Ger Helper and Leaning Tower of Cheese-A.

All burgers and sides will be available while supplies last.

On the drinks end of things, nearby Phantom Fox Beer Co. will be offering a Bob’s Burgers-themed alcoholic beverage called Smells Like Gene Spirit.

If indoor and outdoor seating fills up, additional seating will be available at neighboring eateries of Chupacabra Taproom, Phantom Fox Beer Co., Pedal Haus Biergarten, Cider Corps and BRI Taproom Arcade.

Worth Takeaway was ranked as the 36th-best place to eat on Yelp’s Top 100 U.S. Restaurants 2024.
