The Guest House restaurant and lounge opening 1st Arizona location in Scottsdale

PHOENIX — The Guest House, a social dining establishment with locations in Austin and Las Vegas, is set to expand to Scottsdale on Friday.

The New American restaurant will be located at 15301 N. Scottsdale Road. This space was formerly the home of Etta, an Italian-inspired neighborhood restaurant near Scottsdale Road and Greenway-Hayden Loop.

Founder Raj Kumar said the goal of Guest House leadership is to create spaces where people feel welcome and connected.

“Scottsdale is a city that appreciates great food, beautiful environments, and memorable nights out. We felt it was the perfect next home for the brand,” Kumar said in an announcement.

As the day goes on, the atmosphere shifts to a more lounge-like, nightlife energy, he added.

“This isn’t just dinner,” Kumar said. “It’s an evening that builds.”

RDM Hospitality said the opening of the first Guest House in Arizona represents a wider move to expand its presence in the U.S.

What’s on the menu at the Guest House Scottsdale?

The Guest House Scottsdale menu will include items like tuna and caviar cones, Wagyu steaks, buttermilk chicken tenders and spicy rigatoni.

It also will bring the brand’s popular Wagyu pastrami and cheesesteak.

There are also various cocktails guests can drink, according to Guest House Executive Chef Todd Mark Miller.

“Whether it’s a raw bar classic, a reimagined favorite, or something entirely new, each dish is built with intention—balanced flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a presentation that elevates the entire experience,” Miller said.
