Wolf by Lisa Vanderpump opens at Caesars Republic Scottsdale

PHOENIX — Old Town Scottsdale just got a touch more glamorous with the opening of Wolf by Lisa Vanderpump, the Valley’s first restaurant from the British restaurateur, philanthropist and television personality.

The Scottsdale location marks the brand’s second venue, following the original in Lake Tahoe.

“We’re normally used to … creating different projects for different sites, but it’s done so well in Lake Tahoe. (It’s) been boasted in the top 25 for Yelp reviews,” Lisa Vanderpump told KTAR News 92.3 FM.

She hosted a VIP grand opening party Tuesday night — a family affair and a star-studded celebration. Vanderpump was joined by her husband, daughter, and even her dog, along with business partners and investors who helped bring the restaurant to life.

The new cast of “Vanderpump Rules” and “Vanderpump Villa” also made an appearance in the desert.

The restaurant sits on the seventh and eighth floors of Caesars Republic Scottsdale, an 11-story, 265-room hotel situated on the north side of Scottsdale Fashion Square at Goldwater Boulevard and Highland Avenue, west of Scottsdale Road.

The restaurant sits on the the seventh and eighth floors. The bar has wraparound views of Camelback Mountain, sparkling chandeliers above each table and chairs wrapped in faux wolf fur.

The space was designed with her Vanderpump Alain partner Nick Alain, which channels a playful and elegant atmosphere.

“From the moment you walk in to when you leave … the vibe … it’s couture, it’s bespoke, it’s Vanderpump Alain,” Vanderpump said.

The menu mirrors the Lake Tahoe location curated by James Beard-nominated chef Jason Franey, featuring dishes such as Brisket Tri Tip Bolognese, Prime Ribeye Tagliata, and Ken’s Haddock n’ Chips — named after Vanderpump’s husband, Ken Todd.

Guests will also find lighter options like sashimi and lobster ceviche tacos, tailored for the Scottsdale crowd. The cocktail list includes the signature Pumptini, a Pump and Bump dirty martini served with a single portion of caviar and the desert-inspired Prickly Little Thing, a prickly pear gin cocktail.

“We’ve got a very strong cocktail bar following,” Vanderpump said.
