PHOENIX — A Scottsdale-based Mexican restaurant is almost ready to open its third Valley location.

Salt + Lime Modern Mexican Grill will open its newest eatery by the end of this month at the Camelback Village Center at 44th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood.

“We have been planning to expand to Arcadia for some time now and this new location represents an important milestone as we introduce high-quality modern Mexican cuisine to more parts of the Valley for the community to enjoy,” Salt + Lime owner Sandra Van Deraa said in a press release.

The new 1,500 square-foot location was originally announced in 2023. The building underwent a complete remodel and will feature similar decor and environment as the other two locations in Scottsdale and Cave Creek, according to the restaurant.

Salt + Lime’s first location opened at Shea Boulevard and 92nd Street in 2014. The Cave Creek location, located near Tatum and Dynamite boulevards, opened in February.

What dishes can be found on Salt + Lime’s menu?

The restaurant opens for brunch at either 10 or 11 a.m., depending on the day, and serves dishes such as huevos rancheros and chilaquiles, along with various cocktails.

For lunch and dinner, guests can choose from a variety of tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas and more.

The restaurant also runs a “Chips for Charity” promotion, where the monthly proceeds from each purchase of chips and salsa are donated to a Valley non-profit organization.
