These 7 local restaurant brands are coming to Sky Harbor International Airport

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is bolstering its claim as “America’s Tastiest Airport” by adding seven local food and beverage options.

The following Valley-based establishments are set to open beyond the Terminal 4 security checkpoints between late 2026 and the end of 2027:

• Cactus & Cow Burger Bar
• Greenwood Brewing
• Ingo’s Tasty Food
• The Farm at South Mountain
• Collins Small Batch Kitchen
• The Macintosh
• The Mexicano

No specific opening dates for the additions have been announced.

A closer look at local restaurants coming to Phoenix Sky Harbor

Cactus & Cow Burger Bar, a new concept by local chef Mark Tarbell of Tarbell’s, will serve up burgers and comfort dishes.

Greenwood Brewing, which has a taproom in downtown Phoenix and is planning to open another in Chandler, will offer craft beer, cocktails and wine at the airport.

Ingo’s Tasty Food will dish out the type of scratch-made meals that draw customers to its three Valley locations.

The Farm at South Mountain will combine four concepts into its Sky Harbor space: The Farm Kitchen for lunch; Morning Glory Café for breakfast; The Coffee Bar for coffee, pastries and snacks; and The Bar at PHX for alcoholic beverages and light bites.

Collins Small Batch Kitchen, a Biltmore-area staple, will bring its chef-inspired small-batch meals to travelers.

The Macintosh will serve the Southwest-inspired comfort food it prepares for its diners at the Town & Country shopping center in Phoenix.

Chef Joey Maggiore will join the Sky Harbor scene with the third branch of The Mexicano, his take on south-of-the-border cuisine.

What else in the works at Phoenix Sky Harbor?

Additionally, Arizona’s largest airport will expand its food and drink options when national chain Panera Bread and global bubble tea shop Gong Cha open in Terminal 4’s pre-security area.

Meanwhile, the smaller Terminal 3 will get an influx of new to-be-determined dining options when a $326 million expansion project wraps up in 2027.

Sky Harbor said its 15 locally based concession options generated $89 million in revenue last year.
