Island-inspired restaurant chain Hawaiian Bros Island Grill opens at PV in Phoenix

PHOENIX – Fast-growing island-inspired restaurant chain Hawaiian Bros Island Grill opened its sixth Valley location on Monday.

The new fast-casual dining spot can be found at 4520 E. Cactus Road within the PV development at the former Paradise Valley Mall site in Phoenix.

The chain already has three other Phoenix locations as well as branches in Tempe and Glendale.

What kind of food does Hawaiian Bros serve?

The restaurant specializes in traditional Hawaiian lunch plates featuring a variety of chicken or pork dishes with sides of macaroni salad and rice.

It also offers wraps, salads and an array of sides along with Dole Soft Serve for dessert.

Hawaiian Bros isn’t just for for lunch, however, with daily hours of 10 a.m. to 3 a.m.

“We’ve opened several Hawaiian Bros locations across Phoenix in recent years, and we’re incredibly grateful for how the local community has embraced each one,” Arizona franchisee Adam Stine said in a press release. “With every new opening, we remain committed to bringing fast, friendly service and fresh, Island-inspired meals to more communities throughout the region.”

Hawaiian Bros joins a variety of retailers and restaurants already up and running at PV, including Trevor’s Liquor, The Melt, Sephora, Flower Child and Blanco Cocina + Cantina.

The development also has a Whole Foods and a 400-unit apartment complex called AVE Paradise Valley.
