6 more tenants revealed for PV development in Phoenix

PHOENIX — PV, a mixed-used development in Phoenix, will be welcoming six new tenants over the next couple years, according to a Wednesday press release.

From “standout regional favorites” to a “celebrity chef restaurant,” the former site of Paradise Valley Mall will have its brand’s identity enhanced by even more diversity.

Harry & Izzy’s, a restaurant rooted in Indianapolis, Indiana, will be one of the new eateries coming to the complex. It will be the first Arizona location for the restaurant which bills itself as an “upscale American grill.” The 8,300-square-foot building is set to open in 2026.

“Bringing Harry & Izzy’s to RED’s newly redeveloped PV is a major milestone for Huse Culinary,” Craig Huse, CEO of Huse Culinary, said in a release.

“Expanding beyond the Midwest has been part of our long-term vision, and we’re excited to introduce our American grill to the Phoenix, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale market. From a menu and design perspective, Harry & Izzy’s is a natural fit for the community. We’re particularly proud to be creating career opportunities and look forward to becoming a memorable dining destination in the Valley.”

Cala, a Mediterranean restaurant which draws inspiration from Greece, Spain, Italy and Morocco is also set to open at the complex in 2026. The eatery known for its coastal dishes first opened a Scottsdale location in 2022.

“PV represents the next chapter for us in the Valley and the chance to bring Cala’s signature energy to an even wider audience,” Mikis Troyan, co-founder and managing partner of Clive Collective, said in a press release.

“This project gives us a blank canvas to push boundaries and reimagine the experience from the ground up. Expect a wood-fired kitchen, bold new flavor profiles and the same transportive ambiance that put us on the map in Scottsdale.”

What other tenants are opening at PV in Phoenix?

In addition to Harry & Izzy’s and Cala, Velvet Taco, Too Sweet Cakes, FACE FOUNDRIÉ and a Zara Nail Bar are all scheduled to open at the complex in 2026.

Velvet Taco features a menu with more than 20 different tacos made from scratch. After opening the popular Old Town Scottsdale location, this will be the fast-casual Mexican eatery’s second location in the Valley.

Too Sweet Cakes, a local boutique bakery, will be opening its very first location at PV. Not only will sweet treats like pastries, cakes and cookies be offered, but breakfast items such as croissants, burritos and breakfast sandwiches will also be on the menu.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ, a facial bar that offers facials, lashes, brows and skincare, has more than 120 locations across the country and is opening west of Cala at PV.

Zara Nail Bar, a nail salon that provides services including pedicures, manicures, nail polish, dip powders, waxing and more, will open west of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.

The first phase of the complex is 100% leased and includes Whole Foods, Flower Child, Trevor’s Liquor, Wren House Brewing Co. and more.

Federal Pizza and The Vig will be opening at later dates.
