PHOENIX — An upcoming Scottsdale penthouse will be one of the priciest luxury condominiums ever listed in Arizona, according to real estate developers behind the project.

The 6,200-square-foot Penthouse 1301 is the fanciest part of The Summit Residences at Ascent by Olson Kundig.

The construction of The Summit by Olson Kundig represents the final phase of building Ascent at the Phoenician.

The residence will boast a 1,400-square-foot outdoor terrace.

The home will feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls, three bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, an open multi-media room and more.

For entertaining guests, there will be a back and outdoor kitchen, wet bar and sub-zero appliances.

Homeowners will have access to a private mountain club, pool, gym, game room and event space. The Phoenician, a luxury resort, is adjacent to the property.

The gated community will be made up of 63 luxury homes that will range from $2.4 to $10 million.

Construction of The Summit Residences will start this summer and is slated for completion in late 2027.

“Penthouse 1301 reflects our core design approach, which grounds architecture within its surrounding context. Here, that includes Camelback Mountain and the Valley, and this home is the only residence to offer views of both, as well as overlooking the adjacent mountain club pool,” owner of Olson Kundig Kirsten Ring Murray said in a Monday statement.
