Paradise Valley estate sold by former Coyotes owner last year is back on market for $35M

PHOENIX – A Paradise Valley estate sold by the former owner of the Arizona Coyotes last year is back on the market with a whopping $35 million price tag.

Alex Meruelo sold the multi-residence gated compound, which sits on over 9 acres at 5815 N. Saguaro Road, for $30 million in May 2025. That sales price was more than double the $12.1 million Meruelo paid for it in June 2021, about two years after he purchased Phoenix’s now-inactive NHL franchise.

Maricopa County records show the current owner to be Oasis Sereno LLC. According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the LLC is associated with Jordan Fuller, chief operating officer of Peterson Academy. Peterson Academy is an online platform co-founded by Canadian psychologist and author Jordan Peterson and his daughter Mikhaila Fuller, who is married to Jordan Fuller.

The property is the largest fully landscaped, non-hillside estate currently available in Paradise Valley, according to seller agency Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.

The estate, which is known as The Crown Jewel of Paradise Valley, has 22,000 square feet of living space, with 15 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms in Arizona’s most expensive ZIP code.
