PHOENIX — A popular clothing retail store will soon find a new home in a north Phoenix shopping center.

PINK, an offset of the lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret, will open in Desert Ridge Marketplace this fall, it was recently announced.

A more specific opening date has not yet been set.

The retailer will be located near the splash pad in the middle of the 1.2 million square foot mixed-use complex.

“We’re always listening to what our customers are looking for,” Jenny Cushing with Vestar, the Phoenix-based company that owns and manages the complex, said in a statement.

“This is a great opportunity to bring a prominent women’s fashion brand to the Desert Ridge community.”

It is the second major retailer to recently announce it would make the mall near Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard home: H&M announced in December that it would also open in the fall.

Like its parent shop, PINK offers women’s clothing and accessories, but is geared toward younger women with its selection of hoodies, tees and tanks.

We want to hear from you.
