PHOENIX — Authorities have canceled a SAFE Alert for a 65-year-old man who went missing in Mesa on Saturday night.
Manuel Shaw, who was last seen on foot around 9:40 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Extension Road and Main Street, was located safely on Sunday morning, authorities said.
Shaw is about 5-foot-7 and 225 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety’s bulletin.
Shaw has a medical condition that causes him to be disoriented and confused.
SAFE Alerts have replaced Silver Alerts in Arizona as a way to spread the word about missing persons who are 65 and older and missing persons who have dementia or developmental/cognitive disabilities.

The condition is called dementia, he needs to be in a nursing home before he kills someone or himself. Old men walking in traffic naked cant happen, yet mesa rewards this behavior time and time again. The mesa police perpetuate this danger
