Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker sells Paradise Valley home for $3.45M

PHOENIX — Phoenix Suns All-Star guard Devin Booker has sold his luxurious Paradise Valley home for $3.45 million, according to according to Realtor.com.

The 5,590-square-foot home in the Kachina Estates located near 68th Street and Lincoln Drive was purchased by Booker in May 2017, according to the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office.

The 23-year-old made the purchase about a year prior to inking a 5-year, $158 million contract extension with the team.

Booker put the property up for sale back in February for $4.195 million, decreasing that price twice prior to agreeing on the final deal.

While Booker didn’t get the amount he put the house up for originally, he still made $200,000 more than what he bought it for.

Booker’s former residence had four-bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a dining room with wine storage, a theater room, a pool, a private spa and a large backyard with a grill.

His deal with the Suns runs through the conclusion of the 2023-2024 season, according to Spotrac.

The guard from Kentucky made his first All-Star team in the 2019-2020 season, finishing a campaign shortened by the coronavirus pandemic averaging 26.6 points per game.
