PHOENIX — Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker is selling his luxurious Paradise Valley home.

Booker’s four-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath home in the Kachina Estates located near 68th Street and Lincoln Drive was listed for $4.195 million on Tuesday, according to Realtor.com.

Booker bought the 5,590-square-foot property for $3.25 million on May 1, 2017, according to the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office.

The home features a master suite with an oversized closet, large tub and walk-in shower.

There is also a dining room with wine storage, a butler’s pantry and a theater room.

Outside, the home features a pool, private spa and large backyard with several seating options and a grill.

Booker signed a 5-year, $158 million contract extension with the organization in July 2018.

The 23-year-old is coming off his first All-Star appearance and is the Suns’ leading scorer this season.
