Accident in northwest Phoenix leaves 5 minors in serious condition

PHOENIX — A car accident in northwest Phoenix on Sunday left five minors in serious but stable condition, authorities said.
The Phoenix Fire Department said firefighters responded to the area of 27th Street and McDowell Road.
The first responders took five kids, between the ages of 5 and 17, to a hospital for care.
Police took over the investigation.
No other information was available at this time.
