A Mesa man has been sentenced to 26 years in prison for sexually exploiting a minor, according to authorities.
Jason Robert Henry, 43, was sentenced Wednesday, according to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.
He was convicted of sexual exploitation of a minor, with one prior felony conviction and two counts of attempt to commit sexual exploitation of a minor, prosecutors said.
“My office will continue to aggressively investigate and prosecute anyone who preys on Arizona’s children, using every tool available to keep predators off our streets and away from our kids,” Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes said in a news release.
Henry had pleaded guilty on July 10, prosecutors said. After being released from prison, he will serve lifetime supervised probation and must register as a sex offender with computer usage restrictions for the rest of his life.
