Luxury home builder adds 6th neighborhood in Goodyear’s Estrella community

PHOENIX – A neighborhood that boasts casitas or pool houses with each home has opened in an upscale West Valley development.
Harmony at Montecito in Goodyear’s Estrella community features four single-story floor plans near Estrella Parkway and Elliot Road, builder William Ryan Homes said in a press release.
The homes, with prices starting in the mid-$650,000s, are designed for multiple generations living together.
“We have been seeing a trend of family members moving back home, so with this feature they have their own space,” builder spokesperson Mary Corbett said of the buyer’s choice of either a casita or pool house with each house.
“That niche space provides a separate entrance, living area, kitchenette, and laundry room.”
The largest floor plan for the main house is 3,216 square feet and has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Other layouts include one for 3,036 square feet with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, while the smallest is 2,062 square feet with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Each home also comes with smart-kitchen technology and has an option for an extended covered patio.
The U.S. Census Bureau listed Goodyear as the 11th fastest-growing city in the nation in a May press release.
Goodyear is about 17 miles west of downtown Phoenix.
