Insomnia Cookies to open first store in Chandler in early 2025

PHOENIX — The ever-so popular Insomnia Cookies continues to grow with its first store in Chandler., the company’s 312th location nationwide.

The late-night bakery, located in downtown Chandler at 250 S Arizona Avenue, announced Friday it will be opening is new store on Jan. 4 and will hold an all-day in-store grand opening event full of freebies, treats and more.

The new Chandler cookie shop will be open noon-1 a.m. on Sundays, 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Mondays through Wednesdays, 11 a.m.-3 a.m. Thursdays through Fridays and noon-3 a.m. Saturdays.

Insomnia Cookies — with its wide variety of different cookies, brownies and frequently rotating limited-edition menu — typically fulfills orders within 20-35 minutes, as it only offers delivery to customers within its designated service area. To check if they are within the delivery zone, customers can visit the store’s website.

In preparation for its grand opening, the new location is hiring part-time cookie crew members, delivery drivers and shift leaders. Applications can be submitted here.
