Hash Kitchen is bringing its elaborate bloody marys, eclectic menu and trendy atmosphere to new locations in Gilbert and Peoria.

PHOENIX – Funky brunch spot Hash Kitchen is planning to bookend the Valley with two new locations later this year.

The East Valley town of Gilbert will get its first Hash Kitchen in the Verde at Cooley Station development at Williams Field and Recker roads.

In the West Valley, Peoria’s second location is coming to the P83 entertainment district near 83rd Avenue and Bell Road.

Both restaurants are targeting fall openings, the business said in a press release Monday, but the exact launch dates haven’t been determined.

Hash Kitchen, a creation of Scottsdale’s The Maggiore Group, is known for its elaborate build-your-own bloody mary bars, eclectic breakfast/lunch menu and trendy atmosphere.

The concept debuted at Gainey Ranch in north Scottsdale in 2015 and currently has five Valley locations, two in Scottsdale and one each in Phoenix, Chandler and Peoria.

Hash Kitchen is also set to expand outside of Arizona after forming a partnership last year with Mercato Partners’ Savory Restaurant Fund, which brought a multimillion-dollar investment to the table.

The initial expansion will focus on Denver, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Salt Lake City, with a goal of launching 25 restaurants over the next four years, the partnership said in November.
