A former World Series champion’s Scottsdale home, complete with a putting green and a golf simulator, is on the market for nearly $14 million.
Cody Ross, who won the 2010 World Series with the San Francisco Giants, listed the 10,196-square-foot contemporary house for $13.995 million.
It sits along the 10th fairway of the guard-gated Country Club at DC Ranch.
The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home, known as The Long View, has a west-facing backyard with views of the golf course, the mountains and the city lights below. The golf simulator sits in an upstairs media room with its own balcony.
“A contemporary design like this is rarely available inside DC Ranch,” said Allan MacDonald of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.
Outside, the home has a negative-edge pool, several fireplaces and a dog run.
Buyers hoping to tee off on the neighborhood course will have to pay extra. Club membership doesn’t come with the house.
