Camelot Homes is returning to the West Valley with plans for Long Canyon Reserve, a gated community of 19 luxury homes in Peoria.
The Scottsdale-based homebuilder will share pricing and lot selection details at an exclusive VIP preview event in December. Interested buyers can sign up online.
Construction of Long Canyon Reserve is expected to begin before the year’s end. It will be part of Saddleback, a $1 billion, 5,300-acre master-planned community in northwest Peoria near Lake Pleasant.
What will Long Canyon Reserve homes include?
The single-level homes will range from about 3,000 to 5,500 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and 3.5 to 5.5 bathrooms. Lots will average about one-third of an acre, according to Camelot Homes.
Plans call for covered patios, sliding glass doors, spa-style bathrooms, walk-in closets and spacious central courtyards. Other features include chef’s kitchens and private bathrooms for every bedroom. The homebuilder also lists three-car garages as available options.
Camelot Homes returns to the West Valley
Camelot Homes President Kevin Rosinski said the project marks the company’s first new West Valley community in more than a decade.
“We’ve been looking for the right opportunity to return to this part of town, but it wasn’t until we connected with the team at Saddleback that we knew we had found the ideal location,” Rosinski said in a news release Wednesday.
He also pointed to the area’s desert setting and proximity to jobs.
“From the beautiful desert surroundings to the prime location just minutes from major employment hubs, it’s exciting to be a part of the explosive growth happening in and around Peoria,” Rosinski said.
