Luxury senior living community Mojave Sage coming to Queen Creek area

A new luxury senior living community is slated to break ground in the southeast Valley to help meet the growing demand for elderly care.

Investcor, a national real estate development and investment firm, announced it will begin construction on Mojave Sage by June.

The 117-residence development will be located at 37587 N. Encanterra Drive, directly across from the Encanterra Golf Course, in San Tan Valley, just outside the Queen Creek city limits.

“Mojave Sage reflects our continued focus on delivering high-quality senior living communities in markets where demand is strong and growing,” Investcor principal partner Tylere Brennan said in a press release.

“We are excited to bring this project to Queen Creek and create a community that prioritizes care, comfort and quality of life for residents and their families.”

The community will offer a combination of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, featuring both assisted living and memory care options.

Plans for the facility include a wide array of amenities, such as around-the-clock nursing care, an anytime dining program, a full-service beauty salon, a fitness and wellness center, a movie room and private outdoor courtyards. The pet-friendly property will also include a dog park, gardening programs, an on-site country store and a full-time driving service for residents’ appointments and outings.

The location was chosen in part for its proximity to local infrastructure. Mojave Sage will sit less than a mile from Banner Ironwood Medical Center and a short drive from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, offering easy access for healthcare needs and visiting family members.

Komo Architecture designed the project, and KBE Building Corporation will act as the general contractor.
