Transition ramp from WB I-10 to NB Loop 101 reopens after cement truck rolls over

A West Valley freeway transition ramp has reopened after a cement truck rollover crash on Wednesday.

PHOENIX – A West Valley freeway transition ramp has reopened after a cement truck rollover crash on Wednesday, authorities said.

The truck was blocking the transition from westbound Interstate 10 to the northbound Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The crash site was cleared and traffic was getting through again by 2 p.m.

The driver sustained minor injuries. Speed and driver error are suspected as factors in the rollover, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
