Scottsdale-based homebuilder Camelot Homes now fully owned by employees
Scottsdale homebuilder Camelot Homes announced this week that the company is now fully-owned by employees.

PHOENIX — Scottsdale homebuilder Camelot Homes announced this week that the company is now fully-owned by employees.
The 56-year-old company is fully owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The company will still operate under existing managers Julie and Mark Hancock.
“Our employees have always been the foundation of our company’s success,” Co-owner Mark Hancock said in a Thursday news release.
“Establishing an ESOP is the ultimate way to reward their dedication and ensure that the legacy of quality, craftsmanship and customer service that our family started continues for generations to come. This transition is a celebration of our team, and we are thrilled to officially welcome them all as owners.”
Camelot Homes is a luxury builder that designs homes throughout the Valley, including in Scottsdale, Phoenix and Gilbert.
Camelot Homes recently completed the design of a 5,392 square-foot luxury home in north Scottsdale and listed it at at $5,295,900. The home included three bedrooms, 4-5 bathrooms, a built-in bar and a four-car garage.
