Luxury home completed, listed for over $5 million in north Scottsdale

A luxury home priced at $5.3 million with a built-in bar has been completed in north Scottsdale gated community, Skye View.

PHOENIX — A luxury home in north Scottsdale with a built-in bar and a listing price over $5 million was recently completed, a Monday press release announced.

The residence by Camelot Homes is located in the gated community of Skye View at 24863 N. 103rd Way, which is near the intersection of Happy Valley and Alma School roads.

The one-story home is listed at $5,295,900 and its 5,932 square footage contains three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a private casita and a four-car garage.

For its outdoor features, the luxury home offers a custom-built pool and hot tub in view of McDowell Mountain.

Another north Scottsdale home with space for 18 cars in September was listed for nearly $7 million.

Still pushing that home with space for 18 cars when the listing shows space for 9. You'd think KTAR would double check such an outrageous number. But no, not only don't check but keep bringing it up. Guess you can't fix stupid. 18 cars, give me a break.
