Verde at Cooley Station in Gilbert announced this week that it has welcomed three new tenants to its complex.

PHOENIX — Verde at Cooley Station in Gilbert announced this week that it has welcomed three new tenants to its complex.

The 23-acre property, located near Williams Field and Recker roads, is adding Stella’s Ice Cream, SHATERA Mediterranean Cuisine and Command Cycle Studio to the complex, according to a press release.

“We are thrilled to welcome these new tenants to Verde as our dynamic community continues to grow,” managing partner Norman Brody said in a press release. “Whether it’s enjoying a healthy meal, a fitness class or a sweet treat, these additions serve as a testament to our dedication to providing Gilbert with something that everyone can enjoy.”

More details on Verde at Cooley Station’s new tenants

Stella’s Ice Cream is set to open in April. The store offers several ice cream flavors including cake batter, cookies & cream, salted caramel and more. Stella’s Ice Cream has multiple locations outside of Arizona, including in Idaho and Texas.

SHATERA Mediterranean Cuisine is also set to open in April. The restaurant offers Mediterranean options on its menu including falafels, shawermas, gyros and more.

Command Cycle Studio is now open. The cycling studio offers classes with lighting and music for riders.
