PHOENIX — The westbound U.S. 60 in Tempe will be restricted Thursday night between Mill Avenue and Interstate 10 for traffic control changes, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The left general purpose lane and the HOV lane will be closed overnight west of Mill Avenue from 9 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday.
The westbound U.S. 60 HOV-lane ramp to the westbound I-10 will be closed, but the westbound U.S. 60 ramp to eastbound I-10 will remain open.
Crews will remove the flexible delineator posts next to the HOV lane. This adjustment follows other traffic flow improvements made last summer.
ADOT urges drivers to use caution around work zones and to watch for work crews and equipment.
