A woman was found dead in a bathtub early Saturday morning in central Phoenix, authorities said.

PHOENIX — A woman was found dead in a bathtub early Saturday morning in central Phoenix, authorities said.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, officers responded to reports of an injured person in the area of 23rd Avenue and Thomas Road around 3:00 a.m.
The caller indicated that they had found a woman unresponsive in a residential bathtub.
The Phoenix Fire Department arrived on scene and the woman was pronounced dead.

Police said, at this time no foul play is suspected.
This is an ongoing investigation.
