Biltmore Fashion Park is expanding its retail footprint and refreshing its outdoor community spaces as part of a series of updates taking shape this fall.

Developer RED Development announced new retail leases with activewear retailer Vuori and fashion label PAIGE at the open-air shopping center near 24th Street and Camelback Road.

Vuori, a California-based performance apparel brand, is set to open Friday in a 3,952-square-foot space adjacent to Citrine.

PAIGE, an international denim brand is slated to open next spring in a 2,052-square-foot store.

“We’re excited to expand our presence in Phoenix with a new shopping destination at Biltmore Fashion Park,” Paige Adams-Geller, co-founder and creative director of PAIGE, said in a release.

“Since opening our first Arizona store in 2019, we’ve been proud to build a strong relationship with the local community and look forward to continuing to grow our presence in the market.”

The new additions follow previous tenant announcements, including Dallas-founded coffee and matcha concept La La Land Kind Cafe, which remains on track to open a 1,261-square-foot location in late October.

Biltmore Fashion is also getting landscaping upgrades, including widening walkways, new greenery and turf.

As part of the renovation, approximately 4,000 square feet of removed turf was donated to Vista College Prep’s Hadley Campus to upgrade a worn student play area.

“This slate of new signings, upcoming openings and community events builds on an already remarkable year for Biltmore Fashion Park,” Mike Ebert, managing partner of RED Development, said in a release. “In-demand brands like Vuori and PAIGE recognize the value of this location and the community it serves. The recent investment into the outdoor gathering areas reflects our commitment to refining the visitor experience across the property.”

The upgraded Center Lawn will host “Sweat & Reset,” a weekly outdoor fitness series held Sundays in October at 9 a.m., featuring classes led by [solidcore], lululemon and Life Time.

The property will also host “Paint & Sip: The Fashion Edit” on Oct. 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The guided art event will feature live models wearing autumn looks styled from on-site retailers, with refreshments provided by Pomo Pizzeria and Too Sweet Cakes, alongside beauty touch-ups from Madison Reed and Citrine.
