Main Street Minute: Ice cream shop chain to add second Valley location

• Staffing firm Nesco Resource is hiring for entry-level positions. It will be holding a job fair on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. near Baseline and Rural roads in Tempe.

• A popular ice cream sandwich chain is expanding its Valley presence. California-based Baked Bear will open a store near Fifth Street and Mill Avenue in Tempe next month. Back in May, the Baked Bear made its Valley debut in Scottsdale.
