Let it go and light it up: Glowy Zoey is back with a ‘Frozen’ high-tech costume

Yo, everyone participating in Halloween, we’re really happy for you, we’ll let you finish, but Glowy Zoey has one of the best Halloween costumes of all time!

Glowy Zoey, the young girl who lit up hearts last year with her Minnie Mouse costume, is back and this year she is freezing up her competition — literally.

Donning over 250 LED lights, Zoey’s costume is inspired by the main character in last year’s Disney hit, “Frozen.” To kick it up a notch, her Frozen jeep is also decked out in lights.

We hope Zoey has a bright Halloween and we can’t wait to see what she brings next year!
