Child wanted to have fun at school, but math ruined it

School should be fun.

That’s always the consensus among kids from ages preschool through college.

When school does not become fun, it leads to kids checking out mentally and becoming bored.

This kindergarten-aged child is no different from that consensus when recapping his day of school to his mother. He had high expectations for a fun day with his friends that were unexpectedly shattered by having to do something like boring math.

I mean, if the teacher is going to do something dull like math and such, he/she could at least of tried to make it fun for the poor kid.

He just wanted to have fun.
