PHOENIX – A new budget-friendly community in central Phoenix is now open for leasing and tours.

Streamliner 16th, located at 16th Street and Polk Road, will bring 208 housing units to the area. Move-ins will begin on Sept. 15.

“Our mission is to provide high-quality apartments in locations that residents can be proud of—without the high cost,” Greenlight Communities Co-Founder Patricia Watts said in a press release.

“Streamliner 16th offers easy access to highways, Downtown Phoenix and a wide range of restaurants and entertainment options, all close to where our residents work. We’re excited to welcome new renters to find a home they’ll love here.”

How much will leasing be at Streamliner 16th?

Rents at Streamliner16th start at $1,099 for studios, $1,199 for one bedroom and $1,149 for two bedrooms.

What amenities are at Streamliner 16th?

The community offers a pool and 24-hour fitness center, along with:

  • Indoor secured bike storage.
  • Community laundry facilities.
  • A multi-purpose event lawn.
  • Large workspace with Wi-Fi.
  • Outdoor barbecues
