Child reportedly dies after being pulled from pool in Phoenix

PHOENIX — A 5-year-old child has reportedly died after being pulled from a swimming pool in Phoenix on Friday.
Firefighters were called to a home near the intersection of 99th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road around 7 p.m.
When they arrived, they found family members performing CPR on a child who had fallen into their pool.
The child was taken to a nearby children’s hospital in extremely critical condition.
Phoenix police on Saturday confirmed that the child died from their injuries, according to abc15.com.
Authorities said that no foul play was suspected after conducting interviews with witnesses and hospital personnel.
No other details were available in this ongoing investigation as of Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
