PHOENIX — Police in El Mirage are asking the public to help locate a car seen at the scene of an unsolved homicide in the West Valley suburb last year.

A blue hatchback is considered a vehicle of interest in a March 2022 cold case investigation, the El Mirage Police Department said Thursday.

Surveillance video showed the car in the T-Bird Mini Mart parking lot at 126th Avenue and Thunderbird Road, where the homicide occurred.

No other details were made available.

Anybody with information about the vehicle or the case is asked to call the El Mirage Police Department tip line at 623-500-3277. Callers may remain anonymous.

We want to hear from you.
