PHOENIX — Popular downtown Gilbert restaurant Liberty Market will fully reopen its doors after completing a full renovation and redesign.

The restaurant will reopen its doors Monday debuting a more efficient layout that will enhance the dining experience with a freshly designed environment, according to a press release.

Liberty Market owner Joe Johnston envisioned for the renovation to make the restaurant to be more inviting not only visually but also physically.

The restaurant will better serve its customer with a new layout and will have a new look after an aesthetic makeover, the release said.

Functional upgrades to help the restaurant include a redesign of the kitchen, additional seating options that increase space and comfort, a waiting section, a designated take-out orders section and an enhanced patio dining experience.

To go along with the debut of the renovation, Liberty Market will be rolling out a new menu featuring more inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
