PHOENIX – Firefighters in Phoenix pulled a man from a house that was burning Thursday morning and put out the blaze before it did more damage, first responders said.
A spokesman for the Phoenix Fire Department said neighbors called about the attic fire near 25th and Dunlap avenues.
Crews said they found a man in his 30s inside the house trying to escape through a window.
The blaze was limited to the attic.
