Silver Alert canceled after 78-year-old woman missing in Phoenix found safe

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Thursday after a 78-year-old woman who went missing in Phoenix was found safe, authorities said.
Wilma Condor was last seen in the area of Central and Glendale avenues at about 6 a.m. on Wednesday.
She has a medical condition which may cause her to appear confused and disoriented.
