Silver Alert canceled for Chandler woman suffering from Alzheimer’s

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert has been canceled for a missing Chandler woman.

Chandler Police said Alice June Fults, 58, was found Tuesday at a hospital in California by her family. She retuned home to Arizona Wednesday.

A Silver Alert was issued after she left her Chandler home around 4 a.m. Aug. 21, according to authorities.

She has no method of transportation or a cell phone. Her family believes she may be on her way to California to see a sister.

She was last seen wearing a shirt with the image of an elephant on it and dark pants. She is 5-foot-1 and weighs 110 pounds.

Fults suffers from Alzheimer’s and bipolar disorder, and has been under the care of Adult Protective Services. She is also blind in one eye and has a history of strokes.

Police added Fults may be in possession of her daughter’s, Juanita Fults, wallet and may use her licenses as her own.
