PHOENIX – If you’re looking for a temporary catering gig in the northeast Valley and enjoy working outdoors, you’re in luck.

M Culinary Concepts needs to hire hundreds of temporary employees this month for the 2020 Waste Management Phoenix Open golf tournament in Scottsdale.

Job seekers can apply online or in person during a hiring fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at M Culinary Concepts’ north Phoenix facility at 20634 North 28th Street, near the Loop 101 Pima Freeway and Cave Creek Road.

Applicants must bring two forms of identification to the hiring event.

The caterer aims to fill 350 positions, including buffet attendants, buffet runners, cooks, prep cooks and servers.

Experience isn’t necessary for some of the jobs, but a food handlers card or certificate is. You’ll need to be available to work Jan. 28-Feb. 2 at the TPC Scottsdale.

Workers can expect to be on their feet all day and should be able to lift 20 pounds comfortably.

Shifts generally run between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We want to hear from you.
