The shop opened at Shea and Tatum boulevards, becoming Cartel’s fifth location in the Valley, including one at Sky Harbor Airport.
The Phoenix Business Journal reported another location is planned within an Arrive Hotel coming to Fourth Avenue and Camelback Road early next year.
