PHOENIX – Contractors announced this week they are wrapping up construction on a spacious full-service car dealership set to open by the end of the year in Scottsdale.
The city’s second Mark Kia will have 56,112 square feet of space at an auto mall south of Indian School Road between Pima Road and the Loop 101 Pima Freeway, according to a Western States General Contracting press release.
The two-story, $13 million facility at the Scottsdale Autoshow at Salt River development will offer sales, service and body repair.
Western States is building the dealership on 8.9 acres with 478 display spaces, 57 customer spaces and 266 service and inventory spaces.

Next up for Western States and Mark is a two-story Mazda dealership at the 80-acre Scottsdale Autoshow.
The 33,000-square-foot Mark Mazda will be built on a 4-acre site and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2020.
