2 jackpot scratcher tickets recently sold for $1M Arizona Lottery game

PHOENIX – The Arizona Lottery announced Thursday that two $1 million scratcher tickets were sold in a four-day span recently.
The first jackpot Arizona Millionaire’s Club ticket was sold Aug. 9 at the Bashas’ at 7th Street and Missouri Avenue in Phoenix, according to a press release.
Three days later, Canyon Tobacco & Liquor in Gold Canyon, southeast of Apache Junction, sold another winner.
Seven of the 12 top prizes remain for the game, which costs $30 a ticket.
The big winners get the choice of receiving $1 million in 30 annual payments or taking a $500,000 lump sum payment.
The odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 302,631.7, according to the Arizona Lottery website.
