PHOENIX – A Mexican woman who returned to Arizona after being deported was sentenced this week for reentering the United States illegally, authorities said.
Jessica Guillen-Morales, 38, previously pleaded guilty to reentry of a removed alien and alien in possession of a firearm, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
A federal judge in Tucson sentenced her Tuesday to 37 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release.
Guillen-Morales was previously convicted of conspiracy to transport illegal aliens in November 2012.
What led up to Mexican woman’s latest prosecution?
In November 2023, the Tucson Police Department found six firearms with ammunition while executing a search warrant at her home.
Officials then learned she’d been deported earlier that month.
Guillen-Morales’ case was part of the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Public Safety Partnership, a program to enhance federal support of local law enforcement agencies and prosecutors.

Here comes the judges here comes the democrats here comes Kris Mayes(with a lawsuit) and the hobbit to her defense claiming lack of due process and blaming President Trump's deportations as racist.
It'll be interesting to see if Kelly and Gallego will attempt to prevent this illegal from being deported again, considering their opposition to removal orders.
Saving those for you. I did however notice less defecation on the street corner, emergency rooms not being overcrowded and use as primary care, classroom room sizes where they should be, students not being held back waiting for others to learn English as well as dropping of crime rates.
Now those people doing those jobs will get paid a fair wage and not be undercut by illegals skipping out on paying taxes. Even Cesar Chavez knew better and had a name for them, I think you know what he called them.
