Flash flood warnings issued for Maricopa, Pinal counties
A flash flood warning was issued for Maricopa and Pinal counties Saturday evening until 10:45 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

PHOENIX — A flash flood warning was issued for Maricopa and Pinal Counties Saturday evening.
The flash flood warning is in effect for both counties until 10:45 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
Doppler radar indicated storms producing heavy rain across the warned area, as between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain has fallen, according to the National Weather Service.

A severe thunderstorm warning was also issued for the area near Buckeye until 7:30p.m., and a dust advisory was issued for the area near Gilbert, Chandler, and Queen Creek until 8 p.m.
As of 7 p.m., APS’ power outage map and SRP’s power outage map did not show any power outages related to the weather.
