US 93 reopens near Wickenburg following crash, extended shutdown
Both directions of the US 93 freeway near Wickenburg reopened on Saturday evening after a crash. The area was closed off for an extended period.

PHOENIX — Both directions of the US 93 freeway near Wickenburg reopened on Saturday after a closure of roughly four hours, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The lengthy closure was due to a crash at milepost 181.
Around an hour after reporting the crash, ADOT said it the area would be closed for an extended period.
Drivers heading south to Phoenix were advised to take westbound Interstate 40 to southbound Interstate 17. Those going north were advised to take northbound I-17 to eastbound I-40.
CLOSED: US 93 is closed in both directions at MP 181 near Wickenburg. The closure is due to a crash. There is no estimated reopening time.
