PHOENIX — The northbound lanes of Loop 303 in Surprise reopened on Saturday morning following a crash Friday afternoon.
The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) said the crash was near Clearview Boulevard in Surprise, and all lanes were reopened around 5:25 a.m.
The crash and resulting debris blocked the center and right lanes, according to ADOT.
Officials had advised motorists to expect delays and look for alternate routes.
