PHOENIX – A crash on Interstate 10 in Tempe created significant delays for westbound traffic during Thursday morning rush hour, authorities said.
Only the HOV lane was open in the aftermath of the collision near Elliot Road, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred around 5 a.m., and traffic was backed up past Ray Road as of 6:30 a.m. All lanes were reopened by 8 a.m.
No other details were immediately available.
