PHOENIX — M Culinary Concepts will debut new dining experiences during the 2026 WM Phoenix Open, the catering and hospitality company announced Monday.
This will be the 27th year that the caterer is in charge of hospitality operations at the PGA Tour event. The tournament will be at TPC Scottsdale, off Greenway Hayden Loop and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, from Feb. 2 through Feb. 8.
The dining activations will be introduced at the suites and club located near the tournament’s famous 16th hole.
What dining experiences are being introduced at the 2026 WM Phoenix Open?
Another addition debuting at the event in 2026 is the Pin Hi Club, a luxury club atmosphere located to the left of the green at hole 16 on the ground level.
At the club, the culinary experience will be upscale, offering chef carving stations, tray-passed appetizers and a seafood tower that can be delivered to premium suites.
Meanwhile at Skybox 16, an elevated restaurant-style service will be introduced, supported by five fully operational kitchens. There will also be consolidated service stations for guests. This is meant to allow the cuisine to be of higher quality and for the event’s large crowds to be served more efficiently.
The Skybox 16 Loge Suite will be adding a chef-attended omelet station in the mornings as well as an enhanced barista program that will have matcha and latte art. For those who aren’t fans of breakfast food, an expanded flatbread section will be offered at multiple service points in the Loge.
The final dining experience upgrades will be made at the Cove Suites, which will have a Hawaiian and Polynesian-inspired menu. The enhancements will include rotating pop-up stations, like a daily sorbet bar with handcrafted flavors, and a new satay — skewered pieces of meats, seafood and vegetables typically grilled over charcoal — station.
The Cove’s featured pop-up will be an ahi tuna poke bowl activation. The pig roast will also make a return to the suites.
M Culinary Concepts is looking for high-end sous and event chefs to help support the expanded dining experiences at the 2026 WM Phoenix Open’s 16th hole. Those who are interested in the positions can apply online.
